Data we collect

• Contact details you submit (name, email, message, optional profession and region)
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when essential for security
• Cookie preference choices stored locally in your browser
• Documents you later send by email for a booked consultation (diplomas, CVs, certificates)

Purposes and legal bases

We process enquiry data to respond to your request and prepare consultations (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where steps are taken at your request, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) legitimate interest in operating a consulting practice). Essential cookies support site integrity. Analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate traffic (Art. 6(1)(a) consent).

Retention

Contact form messages are retained up to 24 months unless a longer client file is opened. Client engagement files are kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required by commercial record-keeping rules in Germany, typically up to ten years for invoicing records. Server logs are rotated within 90 days.

Recipients and international transfers

Hosting and email providers may process data as processors under contract. If a provider stores data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection where applicable under the GDPR. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Our services are directed at adults seeking professional employment consulting. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
