Refund & cancellation policy

Scope

This policy applies to paid consultations and document packages offered by Analyticsapihub — including placement consultations, recognition reviews, interview/contract sessions, and application packages. It does not cover third-party fees such as authority charges, sworn translations, exam registration, or travel.

Eligibility for refunds

Fees are refundable when we cancel a session and cannot offer a suitable alternative within fourteen days, or when you cancel in writing before work has started and within the timeframes below.

Timeframes

• Full refund — cancellation received at least 5 business days before a scheduled live session, provided document review has not begun.
• Partial refund (50%) — cancellation 2–4 business days before the session, or after review has started but before the live meeting.
• No refund — cancellation under 2 business days, no-shows, or after the live session has occurred.

Application packages

Once drafting of your Lebenslauf or Anschreiben has started, refunds are limited to unused add-ons. If you withdraw before we begin drafting, a full refund of the package fee applies.

Deposits

Multi-session plans may require a deposit. Deposits are credited toward the final invoice. They are refundable under the same timing rules as session fees when the entire plan is cancelled before work starts.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 3 business days’ notice. Later changes may be treated as a cancellation of the original slot.

Work already started

Hours already spent on document review or drafting are deducted from any partial refund at the follow-up hourly rate stated on the rates page.

Non-refundable items

• Completed live consultations
• Delivered written briefs, gap analyses, or application packages
• Third-party costs we advance only with your prior approval (rare; confirmed in writing)

Refund process and timing

Email info@analyticsapihub.digital with your name, booking date, and reason. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days.

No-shows

If you miss a session without notice, the session fee is forfeited. A new booking requires a new fee.

Exceptions

Statutory consumer withdrawal rights that apply to distance contracts remain unaffected where mandatory under German law. Contact us promptly if illness or documented emergencies prevent attendance; we will consider goodwill rescheduling.
