Consultation
Healthcare Job Placement Consultation
A focused working session that turns your clinical background into a realistic shortlist of German employers and a written plan for the next hiring steps.
Who it is for
Nurses, physicians, midwives, physiotherapists, and medical assistants who already hold (or are completing) credentials relevant to German practice and want a clear route into paid clinical work — not a generic CV rewrite.
What you receive
- A placement brief naming suitable ward types, regions, and employer profiles
- A document checklist tied to Anerkennung, Approbation, or Berufserlaubnis for your profession
- Suggested application order for three to five realistic openings
- Notes on language expectations (typically B2–C1 for direct patient care) and interview themes clinics raise
- Optional follow-up email with clarified next actions within five business days
What is not included
We do not guarantee a job offer, issue visas, or replace legal advice from an immigration solicitor. We also do not submit applications on your behalf unless you later commission our application package support.
How the session runs
- Preparation (before the call) — You send diplomas, language certificates, and a short work history. We review them against typical Bavarian and federal requirements.
- Consultation (90 minutes, video or in Kitzingen) — We walk through recognition status, preferred specialties, relocation constraints, and employer fit.
- Written brief (within three business days) — You receive the placement brief and checklist by email.
Duration and location
Ninety minutes live, plus document review beforehand. Sessions are offered from our Kitzingen office or by video for clinicians still abroad.
Pricing basis
€280 for the full consultation package (review + live session + written brief). Additional follow-up calls are billed hourly — see Rates.
